Street Sweeping

Why: To collect cinders and debris from the roadway and to keep salt and cinders from entering the storm sewer system. Sweeping winter debris helps keep the waters of the Commonwealth clean.
Township sweepers will sweep at the curb line first, then come back later and sweep leaf debris as the trees come into bloom.
